What services does Social Home Health Care, Inc. provide?
We offer skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social services, home health aide assistance, and coordination of medical supplies and appliances — all in the comfort of your home.
Who benefits most from home health care?
Our care suits individuals recovering from surgery or illness, patients managing chronic or terminal conditions, and older adults who wish to remain safely and comfortably at home. We also provide respite care to give family caregivers a well-deserved rest.
Is care available around the clock?
Yes — care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our office is open 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and on-call personnel handle after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls.
How is payment arranged?
Social Home Health Care, Inc. operates on a fee-for-service basis. Many patients are covered by health insurance or state entitlement programs. During your first home visit we’ll review payment arrangements and assist with any information you need.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
Social Home Health Care, Inc. is not an emergency service. For serious issues such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, or excessive bleeding, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest hospital.
